Welcome to Workshops by Alan Knox ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at workshops.alanknox.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alan Knox. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are between 13-17 years old, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the workshop content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You will have access to workshops you've purchased for as long as the workshop remains available on our platform. While we intend to maintain workshops indefinitely, we reserve the right to discontinue any workshop with 90 days advance notice.

All workshop content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, graphics, code examples, templates, and design, is owned by Alan Knox and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Workshops by Alan Knox" and associated logos are trademarks of Alan Knox. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
Templates, calculators, and frameworks provided as downloadable resources are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell or redistribute these materials.
Workshop prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect workshops you've already purchased.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.
Prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend access to workshops until the issue is resolved.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital workshops.
Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review workshop descriptions, preview content, and course outlines before purchasing.
We stand behind the quality of our workshops. If you experience technical issues accessing your workshop that we cannot resolve, please contact us at workshops@alanknox.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
Workshops are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or business success from using our content.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that workshop content is error-free, complete, or current. Technology and best practices evolve, and some content may become outdated over time.
Workshops may reference or link to third-party tools, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party sites or services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alan Knox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Alan Knox is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have a dispute, please contact us at workshops@alanknox.com first. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any claims will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alan Knox regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
